Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for how we work together. Last updated September 2026.

Heads Up

This page covers our general terms. For each actual job, we also complete a short written agreement together covering that job's specific price, timeline, and item details, that document is what governs the job itself. This page is a general summary, not a substitute for it.

Who We Are

AnyRun Logistics is based in Arizona, with a network of trusted drivers and couriers working across the United States and Canada. You can reach us at anyrunlogistics@gmail.com or (602) 623-5550.

What These Terms Cover

These terms apply whenever you request a quote, book a job, or otherwise use anyrunlogistics.com. Submitting the quote form is a request for pricing, not a booking. A job isn't confirmed until we've agreed on price and scope in writing and, where applicable, received a deposit.

Quotes & Booking

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. Prices can change if the details of the job turn out to be different once we see the vehicle, item, or animal in person, for example, an inaccurate weight, size, or condition. We'll always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Payment

Most jobs require a deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery. We'll tell you the exact amounts and due dates before you're asked to pay anything.

Cancellations

We handle cancellations case by case, not off a rigid formula. If a job hasn't started yet, if we're unable to complete it as agreed, or if we run more than a week past the agreed delivery window, we'll work out a fair refund or credit with you. Outside of that, cancellations are handled by mutual agreement, reach out and we'll figure out something reasonable.

Liability

We take reasonable care of anything in our possession, and any contractor or carrier we work with is expected to do the same. That said, transport of any kind carries some risk. Our liability for loss or damage to property while it's in our care is limited to the amount you paid for that job or the item's declared value, whichever is lower, except where the loss is caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If you're shipping something highly valuable, tell us upfront so we can talk about extra coverage before the job starts.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for accurately describing what's being moved, having the legal right to have it transported, and making sure it doesn't contain anything illegal or prohibited. We reserve the right to decline or stop a job if something doesn't check out.

What We Don't Do

AnyRun Logistics provides transport, freight, courier, and in-person errand services. We're not a licensed process server, a notary, an attorney, or a private investigator, and nothing we do should be treated as legal representation or formal legal service. If your situation needs one of those, we'll tell you plainly rather than take the job.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The version posted here is the one that applies.
